Here’s a few of the essential parts of this role:

• Develop initiatives, strategies and opportunities for finding new talent for our locations throughout central/western NC
• Collaborate with branch managers with the hiring process by providing guidance, training and coaching; help drive the process to completion
• Lead and develop a small team of sourcers
• Build relationships with local schools and colleges
• Manage our social media brand for recruiting efforts
• Develop key metrics and analyze efforts and results
• Stay up to date on new trends and techniques within the industry

Skills and experience needed to be successful in this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, or a related discipline (preferred)
• Passion for growth
• Full cycle recruiting experience (5+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication skills/ both verbal and written
• Working knowledge of employment laws
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Previous experience working with multiple locations (preferred)
• Ability to train, develop and coach others
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing needs and possess a high sense of urgency
• Professional in appearance with an outgoing personality
• Experience with recruiting software and metrics, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
