Position Overview

Responsible for creating an exceptional candidate experience from offer to day 1. Also responsible for creating offer letters, following up with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters, as well as administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining confidentiality throughout the hiring process

• Establish a rapport and partner with third party vendor to assist in the pre-employment process for Terminix candidates

• Record and update candidate’s pre-hire status daily into Excel Spreadsheet

• Partner with compliance team to navigate and problem solve issues that may arise during the pre-hire process (obtaining forms, abiding by regulatory laws, dispute process)

• Serve as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition Recruiters, Field Managers and Candidates to provide a great candidate experience

• Compose job offer letters and communicate with candidate, hiring manager and recruiter regarding next steps in the hiring process

Job Requirements

• Workday Experience a plus
• Experience in supporting organizations with multiple branches / sites

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers and competing priorities

• Experience in customer service or help desk environment Intermediate proficiency in MS-Office software applications with proficiency in MS Excel

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Skill and ability to organize, prioritize, plan, manage, execute and evaluate multiple tasks and projects

• Ability to research and analyze data, solve problems and make decisions

• Basic time management skills, strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team
