The HR Recruiter will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material in an environment where professionalism, competence, communication skills, discretion and confidentiality are of paramount importance.

This individual will have the ability to use practical judgment and analysis to resolve problems and make recommendations.

How you will make a difference . . .

• Supports the Talent Team with full cycle recruitment and on-boarding.
• Prepare job postings for appropriate job boards, colleges and social media.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates for open positions.
• Maintains candidate tracking system and prepares weekly / daily ing.
• Hands on experience with various selection processes
• Provide front line customer service to employees at all levels, addressing inquiries and directing issues to upper management as appropriate.
• Maintenance of employee personnel files to ensure documentation compliance.
• Assists the HR Director with the administration of leaves of absence, preparing documentation, tracking, and communication with employees.

What you’ll bring. . .

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience in ADP is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employments laws is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and / or equivalent experience.
• At least two years recruiting experience required.

Salary : $25 – $27 / Hour
