We are seeking a skillful and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us keep pace with current growth and as we expand our Campus of Life. Our Talent Acquisition Specialist must have extensive experience recruiting for caregiving and medical industries.

Salary: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze resumes / conduct interviews using industry standard techniques.

• Use job search websites to find talented candidates.

• Assist new hires through onboarding and training process.

• Complete new-hire paperwork, background checks and ensure licensing requirements are met.

• Work closely with hiring managers and directors to ensure continuity as we grow.

• Maintain and build relationships with community partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in the caregiving / medical field.

• Use current recruiting methods including social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to create attractive job postings and build accurate job descriptions.

• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and ADP.

• Knowledge of online job websites and related talent pools.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, AA or BA preferred.

• Acceptable criminal background check and must receive a negative marijuana/drug screen.
