What we’re looking for from you is:

• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities (from qualifying CVs, to taking initial calls, arranging interviews and follow-ups, headhunting…).
• Experience recruiting product development and strategy roles.
• Passion for the continuous improvement of the candidate’s journey.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems – JazzHR ideal.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions at the same time.
• Willingness to become the face of Terem, showcasing our values and philosophy to the candidates.
• Ability to find answers and work with ambiguity.
• Experience coordinating the onboarding process of new team members.
