Our client is a financial services with over 300 million in revenue. They are the largest independent retirement and college savings services provider in the United States, helping over 6 million Americans save for the future. They are currently seeking a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to assist with the growth of their team. This position is a fully remote, temp to hire, opportunity with future career growth opportunities.
The Technical Sourcer will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing candidates for open requirements within the team
- Managing 5 to 10 job openings at a time
- Making outreach to perspective candidates and setting interviews for hiring managers
- Spearheading initial phone screens and round 1 interviews
- Working within Linkedin, Dice, and Seekout to source candidates
- Utilizing Workday and Smashfly as the main ATS
- Sourcing candidates for technical skill sets including; Software Developers, .Net and Java
