One of top Clients is looking for Technical Recruiting Manager to join their team REMOTELY.

Recruiting Manager Must Have:
Recruiting/sourcing strategy development and execution, especially in the Technology Industry

Recruiting systems, technologies and protocols including a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, etc.

Recruiting Manager Skills Preferred:
Maintain pipeline reports and present regular updates to key stakeholders

Identify and recommend candidates, coordinate interview scheduling, negotiate offers and bring candidate recruiting process to closure

Build working relationships with local partners, staff, and HR colleagues related to recruiting efforts.

Manage and update the experienced applicant tracking system, for candidate progression in the interview process on a real-time basis

Manage unsolicited and generic referrals as needed

Manage special projects at the market or National level

Respond to routine recruiting-related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires

Prior experience in a professional services organization

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 3

Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) Preferred

Additional Information: The technology recruiting manager will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting.
Providing stakeholders with reporting, industry trends, and competitive intel.

Recruiters are responsible for maintaining and updating candidate tracker daily, as well as updating the ATS system Workday.

Recruiters will need 3+ years of technology recruiting experience working across many areas of the tech industry.
