To help us achieve this we’re looking for a People Services Coordinator to join our Diversity and People team.

The People Shared Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of a wide range of human resource services to support Tennis Australia and the Member Associations. Working as part of the People Services team this diverse role will be the primary point of contact for all queries into the team as well as supporting the team with contract administration, preparation of employee life cycle correspondence, onboarding, compliance, process efficiencies and more. As part of the newly established People Shared Services team, you will get exposure to process improvement and change management as we implement our new ways of working.

About The Role

ing to the People Services Manager, key responsibilities include:

• Management of the People Services Inbox – acting as first point of contact for inquiries nationally
• Developing and maintaining HR correspondence, letters documentation, forms, templates and files to ensure we are applying best practice HR procedures and compliant record management
• Contract generation and variations, ensuring compliance and governance of employee and job changes
• Providing technical support and guidance to HRIS (HR Information System) (Workday) users providing them with a high-quality customer driven service experience
• Ensuring data accuracy in Workday
• Coordination and administration of HR employment processes and workflows to onboard, offboard and effectively manage people movements and changes
• Deliver regular induction session for new starters
• Support across a range of projects, including the delivery of the Australian Open & Summer of Tennis events

About You

What you will bring to the role:

• Strong administration and customer service experience (essential)
• Previous experience providing administrative support to a Human Resources team (required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively by e-mail, in writing, face to face and on the phone
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisation and time management skills
• Sound IT competency – experience with Microsoft Office (essential), experience using an HR Information Systems (HRIS), particularly Workday is advantageous
• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources (desirable)
• A confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to enable stakeholders to effectively do their job
• You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
