Position Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for the company.

The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing and lead generation. The Digital Marketing Associate will ensure consistency throughout all digital marketing channels and provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.

Responsibilities :

• Builds, executes, and manages all components of the digital marketing strategy plan
• Stays on top of changes and trends in digital marketing to keep the company current and on the cutting edge
• Manage and create content for all Tenna social media accounts
• Manages and improves online content, considering SEO data management tools (i.e. BrightEdge) and Google Analytics
• Manages and communicates analysis of return on marketing investments
• Adjusts strategy and resources in a timely manner
• Drives ample quantity and high-quality lead generation
• Records and analyzes marketing and sales KPIs
• Discusses findings and suggests actions (continue, improve, start, stop)
• Develops and manages overall marketing, advertising, and communication strategy – with a special focus on its digital strategy
• Assists with development and management of advertising campaigns strategy, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, tradeshows, hosted events, content creation, and other promotion
• Manages all aspects of the digital marketing budget including ad spend, etc.
• Understands customer needs to deliver high-value marketing solutions
• Maintains the highest degree of integrity for the company

Technical Skills / Experience :

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in the technology industry, with cutting edge experience in the digital space
• 3+ years’ experience creating and executing digital marketing strategy – SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital technologies, or related major
• Strong experience using marketing / digital tools and implementing best practices – BrightEdge, Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience using digital platforms to develop brand awareness
• Strong experience using CRM system, HubSpot preferred
• Experience owning social media accounts, including but not limited to content development, distribution, measurement, etc.

• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategy – inbound / outbound and ABM
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience identifying and acquiring previously untapped clientele segments
• Experience leveraging data to deliver ROI driven results
• Demonstrated quality writing style and keen attention to detail
