Job Title: Back Office Executive (Tender Executive)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive (Tender Executive) to manage end-to-end tender processes, support sales operations, and coordinate technical documentation. The candidate will be responsible for handling tender submissions, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
Monitor and identify relevant tenders from various portals.
Prepare and submit tender documents accurately and within deadlines.
Follow up on payments and maintain proper records.
Prepare quotations as per client requirements.
Generate and manage Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI).
Handle EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) follow-ups.
Manage and respond to emails related to inquiries, marketing, and client communication.
2. Technical & Operational Support
Send inquiries to vendors and suppliers.
Conduct regular follow-ups for quotations and responses.
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project requirements.
Share finalized quotations with clients.
Track and follow up on orders until completion.
Collect and analyze item-wise market pricing.
Derive L1 (Lowest Price) for tender participation.
