About the Team

This position will be part of the International Talent Acquisition Team, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and contribute to our recruitment efforts.

You will get to interact with people across the US, HQ Shenzhen and colleagues based internationally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, identifying and attracting qualified candidates for both technical and non-technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms;
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit;
• Ensure a best-in-class experience from both a candidate and hiring manager perspective by ensuring timeliness of updates, market intelligence and quality of resumes provided
• Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on internal and external job boards;
• Working closely with recruiters and hiring team to carry out projects to improve the recruiting processes;

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the HR domain or relevant fields
• Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership;
• Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with potential candidates and internal stakeholders;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates
