Tenaris Hiring for Shipping – Heavy Lift Operator at Blytheville, AR Full Time

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for maintenance positions
• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for all other positions

Sign-On bonus to be paid $200 a month the 1st – 5th month, and $500 or $1000 on month 6.

**Night Shift Premium (for overnight shifts): $1.50 in addition to base rate.

Monthly Bonuses: Attendance – up to $300 a month

Location Premium: 15% of base pay each pay period

Incentive Bonus – as high as 30% based on team performance*

Schedule: This position will be required to work on a ROTATING (Day/Night) shift.

Environment:

• This position will work in an industrial, non-climate controlled setting.
• Operates heavy lift equipment to load and unload material and product ensuring safety, quality and productivity of the work performed.
• PLEASE NOTE: This job is performed on a large outdoor shipping yard. Candidates would have to be able to adapt to various weather conditions.
• Attendance is paramount to all positions

Responsibilities:

• Operates heavy lift equipment ensuring safety, quality and productivity
• Loads and unloads material and product using Forklifts, Carry Lifts, Front Loaders, etc. (greater than 5 ton capacity)
• Perform equipment inspection and documents malfunctions and abnormalities
• Perform basic operative maintenance
• Updates information in mobile tracking systems
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Other duties as assigned

Profile (Minimum requirements):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years’ industrial experience
• 1 to 2 years’ experience operating heavy lift equipment
• MUST hold a valid Drivers License
• Basic computer skills
• Prior certification in heavy lift equipment preferred
