Job Description:Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and ensuring their success? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team at Tenant Inc .
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with the company’s products or services. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing guidance and support, and driving customer adoption and retention. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate to maximize their value and achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:
-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with our valued customers, acting as their primary point of contact.-Success Planning: Collaborate with customers to create and execute strategic success plans, aligning their goals with our products and services.-Product Adoption and Training: Drive customer adoption by providing training and guidance, ensuring they get the most out of our solutions.-Monitor Customer Health: Proactively identify and address potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.-Issue Resolution: Partner with technical support for prompt and satisfactory issue resolution.-Customer Renewals and Upsells: Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals and upsells based on customer needs.-Customer Feedback and Advocacy: Gather valuable feedback and communicate it internally for product improvement.-Metrics and ing: Track and on key customer success metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.-Customer Success Enablement: Help develop and enhance customer success resources.
Qualifications: -Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or software industry.-Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.-Customer-Focused Mindset: Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.-Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of our products and their value proposition.-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.-Strategic Thinking: Ability to align customer goals with our solutions and develop success plans.-Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.-Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing customer data to drive data-driven decisions.
