Ten Lifestyle Management Hiring for Onboarding and Corporate Trainer at Las Vegas, NV Full Time

Corporate clients use Ten’s services to acquire, engage and retain affluent, high-net-worth customers and valued employees. The service drives critical customer metrics, including revenue growth and Net Promoter Score, and supports digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to deliver the on-boarding training program: ensuring dynamic first two to eight weeks, sensible spread of information, timing of sessions and set ample time for practical learning.
• Ability to train on all Corporate Programs: including all tools and platforms and set ample time for practical learning.
• Maintain training records and communicate training outcomes to stakeholders
• Collaborate with all areas of the business in gathering trends and design solutions, ensuring contribution to the ongoing development of the program to suit business requirements in the US market
• Ability to create professional training content including training materials for all new programs
• Assist in providing client service and client operational trainings where needed
• Work with global T&D on new training and coaching techniquesAssist in creating new coaching techniques and programs to drive improvements.
• Ability to efficiently utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines
