Tempting Recruitment Hiring for HR Adviser at London Full Time
We are currently recruiting for HR Adviser, on behalf of our client based in London. The contract for this position is on a temporary basis, initially for up to 12 Months.

PAY RATE: £30,615 Per Annum

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
To provide a Human Resources service to an allocation of schools, including organisational change, case management, redundancy, disciplinary, grievance, etc.
To manage a personal allocation of employee relations case work.
To review and update audit documentation to evaluate school compliance with Human Resources legislation and policies.
Delivering high quality an accurate work, to deadlines, in a fast paced changing environment.
Developing effective working relationships to understand the needs of customers and other stakeholders whilst providing well informed advice.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
Must have a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Previous experience working in education and in a public sector organisation is required.
Experience of advising on a range of employee relation cases and managing own case load.
Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
Understanding of Human Resources legislation and best practice is essential.
