Tempo Hiring for Customer Service / Order Entry at Fresno, CA Full Time

· Direct contact with customers on phone, email, fax

· Total product knowledge

· Accurate order entry and order confirmation

· Create/print bar codes and necessary bag/box labels for orders

· Maintaining customer database and customer pricing profile in the accounting system

· Coordinate freight for all inbound shipments from suppliers and outbound shipments to customers

· General Human Resource functions – onboarding, employee evaluations

· General accounting functions – AP/AR/Billing

· Manage office supply purchases and oversee office maintenance

· Create and maintain bill of materials (BOMs) in the accounting system

· Ensure physical vs. system inventory matches

· Liaise with manufacturing and assembly departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
