Our client based on the Northern Beaches are a extensively busy and due to extensive growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator Assistance to join their well established, enthusiastic team initially on a full time temporary basis ongoing.
You will be assisting the Office Manager and QA Administrator in the day to running of all round administrative operations. This is an interesting temporary assignment and will suit someone who loves variety.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, offers strong attention to detail, has a proven knowledge of Excel, self-motivated and demonstrate a high level of organisational, communication, both oral and written and multi-tasking skills.
Previous administrative experience and with customer service background would be ideal.
