About the Role:
We are currently seeking an energetic and creative Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll be working directly with our dynamic CEO to get the vision and mission of the company known.
The Social Media Coordinator will play a critical role in shaping our online presence, leveraging various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, experience in creating compelling content, and an understanding of social media trends and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives
2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram
3. Monitor and manage company’s online reputation and branding, ensuring a consistent tone and message across all platforms
4. Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements
5. Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to synergize strategies and campaigns
6. Stay current with social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the company’s social media strategy
Requirements:
1. Experience in a social media role, preferably within a B2B context
2. Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
4. Strong ability to analyse social media data and make informed decisions
5. Demonstrable project management and organization skills
6. Superb interpersonal and collaboration skills
