About the role

As our Talent Acquisition Manager within a friendly, bustling team, you’ll be the key point of contact to your stakeholders, to the delivery of our Talent Attraction strategy.

Here’s a snapshot of some of the things you’ll do day-to-day:

• Be the businesses’ “person” to drive the end-to-end recruitment process – from initial job brief, through to offer close, contracts out and sealing the deal
• Use the power of storytelling to share our interesting story paint a compelling picture of the future
• Work with our dedicated Resourcer to build talent pipeline across capability and location
• Be a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for both candidates and hiring managers
• Build communities of talent via internal and external events (e.g. conference booths, grassroots campaigns)
• Drive and increase improve brand market perception and awareness via social media
• Be a key contributor to projects in line with the demands of capacity and business needs

• You’re able to run the end to end recruitment process, from job briefing to onboarding
• You love writing snappy ads and producing awesome written content for the masses to see
• You relish a bit of networking and have built meaningful relationships with prospective candidates, partners and industry leaders, even across borders.
• You’re an innovator who wants to try new stuff to keep pushing the boundaries of how we can secure great talent
• You’re love navigating the grey in a high growth and fast-changing work environment. that demand adaptability and the ability to deal with competing demands
• You can solve problems and provide insights and recommendations to leaders, and love being the subject matter expert.
