Telstra’s Talent Acquisition and Careers Services function brings together a talented team of people based all around the world to attract the best talent, enhance business performance and deliver an outstanding recruitment service experience. We have a dedicated Squad that supports Projects, Early Careers, high-volume retail and customer service and Strategic Sourcing initiatives.
The Sourcing Team plays a strategic role in sourcing talent from using a variety of channels, networks and build relationships within talent markets, with a particular focus on areas key to Telstra’s competitive advantage and diversity objectives. This team works closely with TA partners and business stakeholders, advocates Telstra’s employer brand and creates talent pipelines to support current and upcoming workforce demand.
Focus of the Role:
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for proactive sourcing as well as uplifting talent sourcing capability within broader Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. In performing this role, you’ll also be accountable for driving sourcing strategy for key talent segments as well as applying your knowledge gained within the strategic sourcing on a range of projects, BAU and strategic initiatives. The role will provide you with an opportunity to join emerging conversations with the business, actively contribute and lead on conversations around sourcing solutions, market insights, challenges and recommendations.
