Primary Purpose and Scope
This role will be to provide ongoing product development, new features, enhancements, and maintenance to our customers. This role gains exposure to a wide range of clients, codebases, technology stacks and business domains.
Our Consultants deliver innovative solutions for our clients, improve existing coding practices and educate teams in all aspects of software delivery. This role will use a multitude of approaches to make impactful contributions to our clients, including pair programming, workshops/training, and one-on-one mentoring. This role will be a subject matter expert at an accelerated pace, and be part of a community where continuous learning and improvement isn’t just enabled, but expected.
Our consultants aren’t just productive team members – they are influencers, coaches, mentors, teachers and business partners. Great people skills are key. This role will be able to apply passion for technology and problem solving, using the latest, cutting edge technologies whilst working alongside and learning from talented, knowledgeable and experienced software development consultants.

Who are you?
Key requirements:
- An insatiable passion for development
- Development experience in C#, JavaScript, or similar language(s), with an understanding of the core language, tools, frameworks, and libraries that allow you to deliver effectively in your chosen stack
- Confidence in applying Agile software delivery principles and Continuous Delivery practices
- Some experience in constructing automation solutions for build and deployment
- Experience engaging with a variety of stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Some front-end web development experience with a framework such as Angular or React
- Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure from providers such as Azure or AWS
