Context of the Role
As the Head of Talent Acquisition & Transformation you’ll lead strategy and drive tactical implementation across key talent projects with a focus on transforming our talent acquisition. This work has touchpoints across the entire employee lifecycle. As part of the Culture team, you’ll partner with leaders to drive performance in hiring, improve talent management process and drive transformation. The role enables Belong to attract, hire, retain and develop outstanding talent in a smart and inclusive way.
