What’s the opportunity?

As a Talent Partner at Telstra Health, you will focus on best practice across all aspects of recruitment, driving a fair and equitable recruitment process and have overall end to end responsibility of recruitment for your allocated clients.

You will use your recruitment expertise for internal and external recruitment and take ownership of the process from start to finish; strategic sourcing, advertising, screening, shortlisting, pre-employment processes and generating candidate offers. This role is more than just recruitment, you will also work as part of the broader People & Talent team on projects and initiatives that support Telstra Health’s strategic goals.

About you:

• Previous end-to-end recruitment experience
• Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience agency or internal
• Previous experience recruiting roles in Information Technology or Healthcare environments desirable but not essential
• Demonstrable experience working in a client-driven role, where required to partner with business areas and establish strong working relationships with stakeholders of various seniority
• Strong experience relating to the use of behavioural interviewing techniques
• Operating in a setting where you are required to actively assess issues of moderate complexity and provide solutions to such situations
• Exposure to working in an environment where you have been required to suggest improvements to ways of working and/or demonstrate initiative
• Experience working in an environment where you are required to adapt to changing environments, with an ability to constructively address ambiguity and display a sound level of attention to detail
• Experience with a range of Recruitment systems (ATS) and integration capability between them (current systems are LiveHire, JIRA, HireVue, CV Check and Xref)
