What’s the opportunity?
As a Talent Partner at Telstra Health, you will focus on best practice across all aspects of recruitment, driving a fair and equitable recruitment process and have overall end to end responsibility of recruitment for your allocated clients.
You will use your recruitment expertise for internal and external recruitment and take ownership of the process from start to finish; strategic sourcing, advertising, screening, shortlisting, pre-employment processes and generating candidate offers. This role is more than just recruitment, you will also work as part of the broader People & Talent team on projects and initiatives that support Telstra Health’s strategic goals.
