What’s the opportunity?
You will be vital in executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our core CRM platform. By managing the CRM business support queue, you will create s, dashboards, workflows, user set up, field creation based on business requirements, be the liaison between our business users, CRM team and IT support. In doing so, you will be making sure business needs are understood and delivered.
