Business Analyst Manager

Great opportunity for a highly motivated and talented Data Analytics Manager to lead and deliver the insights needed to drive successful customer growth, campaign optimization, engagement, and predictive behavioral analysis.

Your work will enable further sales and market share across our family of wireless brands that include PureTalk, H2O Wireless and Life Wireless, while also solidifying our competitive advantage of knowing / serving our customers better than the competition.

You will be a key partner across our marketing team, sales and IT. You will function as a thought leader, problem solver, researcher, data analyst, builder, and consultant.

You will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve complex business questions through data. Measuring KPIs across multiple customer touchpoints, delivering recommendations after identifying trends and actionable insights, and creating predictive analysis based on events, usage and behaviors will be critical responsibilities of this role.

Responsibility Highlights

• Provide business analytics, data, dashboards, and research support to marketing and sales. Make recommendations that shape marketing campaigns, sales strategy, QBRs, and offer creation.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and conduct analysis that drives meaningful change on KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Gather requirements, design and build marketing performance tracking dashboards.
• Support funnel analytics, KPI definitions, measurement, data pipeline, visualizations, and actionable insights.
• Identify targeting and segmentation recommendations to optimize campaigns and acquisition opportunities.
• Build persona look-a-like analysis.
• Support account scoring and propensity modeling to identify intent and drive engagement.
• Analyze campaign results for learnings and insights to support future strategy / tactics.
• Support a highly productive relationship between marketing, sales and customer service while driving strong alignment on marketing strategic objectives and quarterly goals.
• Support best-in-class business intelligence and data-driven marketing automation across the customer journey / funnel.
• Prepare customer research, insights, and briefing s. Generate actionable intelligence and uncover opportunities by leveraging tools to search out, break down, and analyze public, first / third-party information and data.

Identify our customer’s challenges, pain points, initiatives, opportunities, and efficient entry points.

• Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.
• Promote and evangelize a culture of excellence, data-driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing and teamwork while maintaining an environment that is upbeat and fun.

Skills / Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, marketing application is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. MBA is a plus.
• Advanced Google Analytics and Excel skills.
• Comfortable querying large databases using SQL.
• Experience working and joining together large, disparate data sets to uncover actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience creating dashboards, ing, and data visualizations.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Independently identify key issues, patterns or deviations from norm.
• Sharp attention to detail to identify data issues and anomalies during analysis.
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, with attention to detail and effective prioritization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leaders ability to tell the story.
• Resilient, flexible and innovative collaboration.
• Previous wireless, cable / ISP, satellite, TV or other subscription-based experience a significant plus.
• Acceptable background and E-Verify work eligibility.
