In response to the increasing number of authors who are stuck in the writing stage and seeking guidance, we are enhancing our support network by recruiting talented book coaches and ghostwriters to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

A book coach is a professional who guides and supports authors throughout the writing process. They offer personalized advice and encouragement to help writers overcome challenges, stay on track, and achieve their goals. Book coaches work closely with authors to develop their ideas, get clear on their purpose and target reader profile, refine their writing skills, and provide feedback to enhance the manuscript’s overall quality. With a book coach’s expertise and tailored approach, authors can successfully complete their books and prepare them for publication. Is that you?

Opportunities available:

• Book Coaching Partners or Freelancers: We’re recruiting professionals to join our carefully curated pool of partners or contractors for all genres we publish, including business books, kids’ books, memoirs, and fiction books. We are open to both referral (where we refer business to you, and you refer authors to us) and contract work opportunities (where we hire you as a contractor).
• Ghostwriting Partners or Freelancers: We’re also seeking skilled ghostwriters for projects such as business-related books, executive memoirs, and more.

Secondary Opportunities:

• Ambassador Referral Program: As a trusted partner in full-service self-publishing, we offer our Ambassadors free educational resources, special discounts for your clients, and attractive incentives.
• Writing Workshop Presenters: We have a monthly budget for hiring speakers. Share your expertise with our large community of authors as a speaker or workshop presenter.
• Course Content Creators: Help us create engaging and informative content or license your existing content to benefit our authors.
• Publishing Training: Stay ahead in the ever-evolving industry by receiving comprehensive training about all areas of book publishing.
