Job Description:

• You will work with our Corporate FP&A revenue team to drive ARR and Revenue ing, understand key growth drivers and provide actionable and strategic insights.
• Client is seeking a highly analytical professional who will support our ARR and Revenue ing and analysis.
• Your primary responsibilities will include providing new and valuable analysis and financial guidance to the leadership, including scenario analysis and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the monthly ARR ing and analysis for Subscription and SaaS offerings
• Assist in Revenue ing, and analysis GAAP
• Develop a deep understanding of Client bookings and revenue planning and key growth drivers and metrics
• Modeling external ing scenarios and performance metrics used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Present outcomes and business outlook to stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other FP&A groups as well as accounting, IR, customer operations and investment strategy teams

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, business analysis and strategy — preferably in tech industry covering cloud services and on-premises software
• B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, or Accounting; an MBA or CPA is preferred
• Management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking experience is preferred

Financial and Business Analysis:

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards
• Skilled in financial modeling using Excel
• Ability to do toanalyses “on-the-spot ” with team and leaders
• Strong and independent analytical thinker; able to challenge the status quo and develop independent viewpoints
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to dive into the details in order to make improvements or understand results
• Unquestionable integrity
• Adept at preparing PowerPoint slides andpresentations

Collaboration:

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and Accounting business partners
• Strong planning and organizational skills including ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver against strict deadlines

Self-starter:

• Owns the delivery and output of the analyses end-to-end and can explain the rationale for all inputs
• Motivated individual who takes charge of tasks with minimal direction and develops ways of approaching challenges independently and pro-actively
• Continuous improvement attitude; ability to suggest and implement best practices

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly communicate expectations and deadlines cross-functionally and hold business partners accountable
• Executive presence

Systems:

• Knowledge of SAP ing and Hyperion a plus
• Ability to handle large data sets in Excel

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
