Due to increased demand, Teletrac Navman is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Milton Keynes, UK. This role is essential in helping build out our hiring strategy by focusing on:

• Partnership with key business leaders to ensure TA activities are aligned to business priorities and strategy and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the TA lifecycle
• Driving standard work / best practice in all hiring activities (including tools and systems) and ensuring hiring manager compliance against this
• Driving compliance against set corporate system and reporting expectations (E.g. Taleo and Recruitment Master files)
• Execute our people growth plans for the business to meet current and future staffing needs across UK
• Take accountability for full life cycle recruiting, this will be for volume and professional roles across all functions of our business, from Sales, Finance to R&D and Ops
• Keep up to date with market insights and trends
• Identify the best online sourcing channels for different candidate segments
• Create candidate pipelines and build on the Teletrac Navman brand
• Offer an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process

Here’s what we’ll need from you:

• 3+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition Advisor/Consultant experience
• Experience hiring specialists and complex roles from entry-level to supervisors
• Experience using Taleo and Linkedin Recruiter Seat would be advantageous
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload based on business needs
• Creative thinking and strong sourcing skills to find new ways to attract talent
