Telesearch Staffing Hiring for Pre-Press Machine Operator at Little Falls, NJ Full Time

Full Job Description

Pre-press technician must have at least 3 years’ experience with the following attributes:
  • Skilled in Mac-based Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Creating and apply traps for color to color registration on press
  • Prepare stepped graphic files for optimum production results
  • Creating and proofreading zero-defect electronic files for creation of plates
  • Strong knowledge of prepress processes and workflow
  • Knowledge of printing processes (flexographic, digital)
  • Understanding of label production, tooling, i.e. foil, embossing, flexo plates, and cutting dies needed for label production
  • Proofreading and verifying zero-defect content of files, proofs, film and plates
  • Managing and organizing work area and computer
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to complete work accurately in time-sensitive environment
