Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Intern to join our team in Bangalore. This position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about HR processes and gain practical work experience while working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment Support**: Assist with sourcing candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens to identify qualified applicants.
2. **Employee Onboarding**: Help organize and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they complete necessary documentation and training.
3. **HR Documentation**: Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring all information is accurate and confidential.
4. **Assisting in Employee Engagement**: Participate in activities that promote team bonding, such as organizing virtual events or surveys to gather employee feedback.
5. **Administrative Tasks**: Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports, to support the HR team effectively.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important for success in this role. Candidates should also demonstrate a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and candidates alike. A basic understanding of HR functions would be an advantage, although it is not mandatory.
