If you are interested in a career in emergency services, this position would be an excellent starting point. Not all calls are emergencies, most are check in calls. Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Answer incoming calls, identify customer needs, and route calls to emergency services, as necessary.

Working with a team to find solutions.

Access client information and enter information into the system.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with each customer.

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and stay updated on any changes in company policies.
