Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Our Field teams are critical in the delivery of our contracts, whether that is delivering or supervising maintenance, installation, cabling or civils works. Help build and keep the nation’s critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7.
We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our expanding Highways maintenance team. We would love to hear from you if you have experience of fault finding within a fibre or copper environment.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be working in a part of telent that is dedicated to upgrading and maintaining the UK Motorway Network. Partnered with National Highways, our Maintenance Engineers play a crucial role in keep the UK Motorway network safe and secure for all road users.
Reporting to our Senior Engineers you’ll be responsible for diagnosing and fixing faults roadside in and around the Basingstoke/Andover area. You’ll be maintaining telecom equipment within cabinets and will be responsible for repairing any fibre or copper cable breaks to keep the network running.
