We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (work from home) to deliver excellence in customer service when answering the phones for our clients, using proper telephone etiquette, and embracing Telelink’s Core Values. We are filling 2 permanent evening shifts.

Job Requirements:

• Permanent evening shifts
• High speed internet with ethernet connection
• A computer that is windows 10 or greater
• Must be located in Newfoundland
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A strong knowledge of internet navigation
• Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as required
• The ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse company
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must have an office type space for work
• Typing speed of 30 wpm would be an asset
