-Manage the daily accounting function and related data in QuickBooks

-Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts and statements to understand the financial state of business

-Supervise out-sourced firms in the preparation of monthly customer billing, sales tax remittance & regulatory reporting

-Manage price lists and secure cost data for proposals to potential customers

-Monitor a company’s financial reports and billing data to determine ways to reduce costs

-Understand the financials of a company in order to meet legal requirements and keep the financial state in good standing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,500.00 – $90,000.00 per year
