POSITION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Programs Systems Manager will collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the TA team to determine objectives, deadlines, and implementation processes associated with recruitment programs and systems. This data-driven individual will develop and ensure all programs (employee referral, transfer and promotion process, recruitment process, etc.) are integrated with the Applicant Tracking System and can be effectively tracked and measured through reporting and other analytic solutions. Additionally, in collaboration with Telecare stakeholders, this individual will lead change management efforts related to Applicant Tracking features and product updates and partner with the People Data & Analytics team on the recruitment analytics roadmap. The Talent Acquisition Programs Systems Manager provides the Telecare Acquisition Team with tools and resources to ensure accurate training to end users and provides training to hiring managers and Office Coordinators as needed.

This role is full-time, salaried. Can be remote or hybrid at the corporate office in Alameda CA.
Wage range is $100,838.40 – $148,313.88 – Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
