We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to join our team. This role involves communicating with customers primarily over the phone to promote our products and services. This is a full-time position based in Salt Lake, and we welcome freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade to apply. The position is work-from-home, providing flexibility for your work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Make Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential customers to introduce and explain our products or services, providing essential information to encourage their interest.
– **Handle Customer Queries**: Respond to questions and provide clear information to ensure potential customers feel valued and understood.
– **Maintain Call Records**: Keep detailed notes of calls made and customer interactions in the provided database for follow-up and tracking purposes.
– **Achieve Sales Targets**: Work toward daily or weekly sales goals by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and closing deals when possible.
– **Provide Feedback and Suggestions**: Share insights from customer interactions with the team to help improve products or services and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and listening, to effectively engage with customers. A friendly and persuasive demeanor is essential for success in this role. Basic computer skills are necessary to manage call logs and records efficiently. Additionally, we expect a commitment to achieving targets and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
