Job Duties :

• Assist staff in processing and expediting assignments through various stages of completion.
• Communicate with clients via Microsoft Outlook and telephonically.
• Utilize Microsoft applications to update and document cases.
• Sort records manually to pull out the specific documents needed.
• Organize the paperwork for the claims adjuster, speaks to nurses and claims professionals at carrier.

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 30AM-5PM

Bachelor Degree preferred
