Job Description

This resource will be the primary point of contact for application support, minor changes and providing internal ongoing support directly as well as the primary liaison with key stakeholders across the operation to ensure weekly operational success for our supply chain application. They will be reasonable for providing internal ongoing support to ensure success and making certain that the applications are running (the applications are Centellic and PeopleNet) and they will support the rollout aiding with user access/user errors. This position will be maintaining and supporting the day to day application operations. Basic Break/Fix and software troubleshooting should be expected. They will also need to be a hands-on team member and manage multiple daily support tasks, change and project tasks and administrative overhead.
