The role holder will be required to provide support for the co-ordination and monitoring of the Student Success programme and contribute to the delivery of a professional and efficient service, including reviewing and reporting engagement metrics, managing the transition of students through the programme and liaising with key stakeholders across the University as part of an integrated approach to student support.
