Teesside University Hiring for Student Records Administrator Job at Middlesbrough, England Full Time

In this busy role you will assist in the implementation of processes and procedures related to student records, from application, registration/enrolment through to graduation, liaising with Schools, other central departments and external agencies.

As a team, we are responsible for processing all qualification verification requests and deal with all student and graduate official documentation requests, for example the production of official certificates. The team are also responsible for all communications and returns to the Student Loans Company (SLC) regarding registration, attendance and change of circumstances.

We are responsible for ensuring best practice across the student record and to act as a point of reference regarding data quality and assurance. We respond to a significant volume of enquiries from applicants, students and graduates as well as staff and external agencies.

The part-time hours (30 per week) can be split over either 4 or 5 days and may involve scheduled working from home with prior agreement.
