You must hold a PhD plus a masters qualification (or equivalent), or will possess a professional or vocational qualification in the subject area you wish to teach. You must be committed to student-centred learning with an appreciation of how adults learn and will have the ability to work with students from diverse educational, cultural and work backgrounds. Strong IT skills are essential as are good communication skills and a willingness to take part in live online events.
Expertise and a track record of high-quality publications in an area of prose (fiction, creative non-fiction, life writing), poetry or new forms, including digital, interactive and immersive would be advantageous.
