Teesside University Hiring for Assistant Administrator (Admissions) Job at Middlesbrough, England Full Time

This role is essential to ensuring:

Delivery of Student Recruitment numbers (the post holder undertakes tasks such as reviewing qualifications and processing confirmation of unconditional offers; putting on offers and issuing offer letters to applicants).

Delivery of a good Student Experience (answering applicant enquires via phone and e-mail; and delivering a positive enrolment experience to new students in a timely manner).

Full Compliance with the University’s UKVI Sponsor Duties (the post holder undertakes key compliance tasks such as Issuing CAS, Performing pre-CAS Checks; Reporting to UKVI; Building Appendix D files; International Document Check etc).

Full protection of the University’s Visa Licence (the post holder undertakes tasks such as requesting and processing UKVI Immigration History checks and ensuring we meet our UKVI Reporting Duties as a Student Visa Sponsor).

This post is key to the delivery of the University’s corporate strategies both in terms of delivering student number targets (and financial income required for growth); and, the Internationalisation agenda (increasing diversity of nationalities on campus). This post is fixed term until 20/06/2023

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post will not qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
