This is an exciting time to join our award-winning company as the finance team expands along with the turnover year on year.

Working closely with our Accountant, you’ll be pivotal to producing accurate accounts, delivered on time, to support senior leadership decision making.

Our new Assistant Accountant will:

• Be responsible for entering and monitoring B2B sales invoices and assist with queries from the B2B sales team
• Process daily bank feeds and company cards and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare royalty calculations and liaise with sales team and customers
• Assist with tax returns
• Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis
• Assist the accountant with ad hoc projects
• Approve supplier bills and oversee the purchase ledger

You will have:

• 2 years accounting experience
• PQ AAT
• Xero experience desirable
• Knowledge of Google Suite
