TEDS, a leading talent management software provider, is looking to add to our Engineering team.

This role can be remote or based at our headquarters in Southwest Virginia, USA.

In this role, you’ll build, develop, and manage the team focused on the our new enterprise software product with emphasis on cross platform application development (web, iOS, Android) & corresponding API server; automated delivery via SaaS & app releases; operational metrics & tooling; automated integration & performance testing; integration with existing TEDS products; and technical leadership & strategy.

Who you are

You are someone who:

• Is passionate about software services and products with hands-on experience. Prior experience with enterprise multi-platform applications is a bonus!
• Has strong opinions on how to succeed in the software services space and things to avoid.
• Has experience in transitioning long lived software products to modern technical stacks.
• Has experience in modern service designs and speak in depth about service architectures, API design tradeoffs, application upkeep, technical strategies, etc.
• Can dive deep into new topics or technologies and make decisions about them based on business needs and goals.
• Have experience in building and leading diverse, inclusive, partially remote teams.
• Have experience in building enterprise software and deploying it as a SaaS.
• Have experience with automation, orchestration, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and can build trusting relationships with your colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
