Ted Britt Auto Group Hiring for Cashier and Receptionist Full Time

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
• Handle money transactions, document Service and Parts sales and effectively use Computer software programs related to the position
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Assist with filing and scanning duties and other administrative tasks as needed
• Assist Managers and Associates with various clerical duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Ability to work well with the public
• Has a clear and pleasant speaking voice, needs to speak and understand English well, bilingual a PLUS
• Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, and reliable transportation
• Must be self-motivated, honest, and dependable
• Ability to handle cash and process credit card and checking transactions
• Has basic skills using Word and Excel, and the ability to learn Dealership software programs
