We have 20+ years of experience providing full range of architectural and construction service advising clients from project feasibility study, financial analysis, to architectural design and construction.

Job Description:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must have basic understanding of California Mechanics Lien Law. Successful candidates will be handling accounting payable, account receivable, obtaining lien wavers from sub-contractors, and bookkeeping. Must be a neat and good organizer.

Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is preferred.

Candidate must be able to legally work in the US.
