Teconnex is a leading global business, we have sites, in Mexico, India, Romania and our Head office is located in Keighley, west Yorkshire. We are an entrepreneurial group and create engineering products that are used in Cars, Rail, Aerospace and Energy. We employ over 400 at our West Yorkshire site.

We are seeking a generalist HR specialist who wants to get involved with working with our manufacturing operations on site at Keighley, delivering a great customer experience and supporting our staff, and embracing, empowering our values.

Every day is different, working a small, dedicated HR team, you will thrive in making a difference and adopting our culture and values throughout our processes, systems, and people.

You will align closely with our manufacturing operations, but also be involved with employee relations to EVP to ensure that we retain our employees.

We celebrate our successes through our group profit share, monthly individual awards, we often have pulled pork sandwiches and ice cream days.

As a HR generalist we would like you to be operating at level 5 CIPD with the knowledge and exposure of understanding how to get things done right. Whilst manufacturing would be advantage, we are open to your background of experiences spent within HR, it is essentially about building those relationships, and you can have your own fancy safety shoes.

Whilst working on site is essential for ER, you can a have day to work from home per week.
