POSITION TITLE: Data Entry and Technical Projects Support

Tecnet is looking for an individual who enjoys the detail work of data entry and has the organization skills to assist in project management. To be successful in this position, candidates need to be well organized, have great customer service and communication skills as well as accuracy in data entry.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications and requirements

• Appropriate technical certificates or experience in project support and data entry
• Proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, outlook)
• Efficient and accurate data-entry skills
• Strong verbal, written and comprehension skills using the English language
• Organized and systematic approach to task delivery
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Must pass criminal record check (CPIC)

Responsibilities

• Provide first response to all phone, email and other client-initiated support requests
• Respond to escalated tickets from clients
• Assist other teammates with calls as needed
• Generate service requests from various sources
• Update service records for Technicians in numerous interfaces
• Communicate with all Technicians to ensure tickets continue to move forward
• Provide timely communication with end users on ticket updates and status
• Collaborate with other Service delivery teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction is achieved on all activity
• Collaborate with client stakeholders on project plan deliverables
• Work closely with the Project Managers to organize project pipeline
• Provide stakeholders and team members regular status updates and s on project progress and risks
• Maintain a current portfolio of standard project plans
• Ensure all client onboarding projects are transitioned from discovery to SteadyState, ensuring all documentation is collected and updated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $38,500.00-$44,000.00 per year
