Reporting to the BDM – OPE , your key duties will include:

Key duties

Work with all Milwaukee sales teams to plan your region so that we are engaged with as many users as possible.

Promote and work in line with the “Milwaukee Way” and “Way to Work” documents.

Involvement in one on one, personal & professional development meetings for individual professional development.

Regularly participate in joint ride days with your manager to review performance and provide constructive feedback.

Skills & qualifications

• A Minimum 4 year of trade experience or relevant graduate degree

  Minimum 1 Year direct selling experience

  Experienced with using CRM software.

  Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
