· 1 to 3 years of experience in handling property or content claims

· Ability to learn and use various company software systems in day-to-day tasks

· Excellent customer service skills

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)

· Good oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and effective time management

· Professional and courteous demeanor and ability to collaborate with a team
